Africa is Banned

The African countries (meaning the entire continent) has been banned. The Africans can no longer access our site, or at least they shouldn't be able to access it if we managed to get all the African IPSs IPs. If not, there'll be one or two scammers per year accessing this site but this is negligible.
We have done this in order to protect our existent and future honest members. This was a hard choice to make and we apologize to the honest African members, in case we have any, but it was a necessarily measure to protect the other members from the African scammers. It seems that 99% of the people registering from Africa are scammers, using the same Windows wallpapers picture in their profiles, the same descriptions and sending the same messages to the other members.
So there's only one explanation we've reached:
- In Africa only the scammers have access to the internet.
We will allow access to all the African IPs after a year or two, if the statistics will show at least 30% honest members coming from the African IPs. We will interrogate other dating sites to get those statistics.
Thank you for your understanding and our apologies to the rest of the Africans!
You have a few 'rotten apples' there that're poisoning all of your image. Maybe YOU (ISPs) should try to do something about them, reporting to the police and ban their access to the internet.

A few days later: we've decided that banning the entire continent is not a good solution since there may be honest people there and we're sure they are; therefore, from now we'll ban countries according to the number of scammers they have. Right now the only countries banned are Senegal, Nigeria and Ghana; so, the 10th scammer from Cote d'Ivoire, for example, will get his/hers country banned.
