Have you notice how we always brag ourselves to be a safe dating community, no scammers, no freaks, no haters (etc) ?! I'm sure you have since we do it a lot. And is nothing wrong with that because we are one of the safest dating sites on the internet.
So, to improve even more the safety of our members, we've built a report user tool that will allow you to (obviously) report the naughty members of our site... if any. First of all I just want to ask you not to report anyone with no reason. And now let us explain in details.
To protect us from spam we've made the report user page available only to the members, meaning that if you're not logged into your account you will not see the report profile link. And, if you do know know the link (there's no secret, the link is cafebar.ro/user_notify.php?recipient=ID), you still can't use it if you're not logged in.
So, log into your account if you want to learn how to report other members. Continue reading this after you have.
Now, click a member's link to open his/hers profile page. Anyone... just choose one from the latest members, on the first page. Now, on the profile page, just above the member's picture and description (on top) they're links to all the actions you can do on that page: browse pictures, send messages, winks, add to buddy list and so on. Notice that another link has appeared, at the end of the old ones. It says Report username's Profile. I'm sure you've already noticed since is red and is placed aprox. in the middle of the page - you can't miss it.
Click on it, just to see how the report page looks like and to continue with the explanation. It opened a new page, or a popup window, depending on what browser you're using. We already though of some reasons one might get reported (and eventually banned) and put them in the drop-down box to make the report process easier for you. Those are: harassing, inappropriate picture, spam, scam, racism and we also have the Other reason you can choose if any of the other members is making your life hard for other reasons except those we already have.
Short mention here: for any reason you choose, you MUST provide an explanation, so make sure you write the Message box to explain what exactly happened. Also, please make a screen shot if possible, upload it to postimage.org (or any other free image hosting service) and send us the link, too.
There's not much to do now except click the button to send the report message. Is the one in the right, just in case you're language is not installed and you don't speak any of the languages our community comes with.
That's all about the security of our site.
Other modification is the members image scroll in the upper left of our site - it scroll images with links to member's pages of those members that are online and have uploaded at least a picture in their profile. This will allow members with pictures to get more chances of finding a partner. So what are you waiting for? Click here and upload your picture!
