The language flags have been introduced (you've probably already seen them) - the flags will allow you to switch the language with one mouse, in exchange for the language drop-down form, much more ugly and not so practical.
Obviously, every flag links to its language, so if you want the site in French, then just click the French flag. The flags appear on the front page of the site, under the signup link, for guests and for members under the statistics tabel - the same, on the first page after login.
There was some reclamations that the language are not displaying some of the special characters corectly. We checked them and the issue appears only on some machines; on other they work all without problems. However, the problem appears only for 2-3 characters per language and this doesn't affect reading. Besides, we've also noticed that the browser Opera works flowlessly on any machine running Windows.
Regarding why everything shows perfect on some PCs and not so good on others, we honestly don't know. Must be something related to the language setting of the PC, OS or browser, but we haven't discovered what.
Anyway, since is not happening on all computers, probably is nothing wrong with our site - that makes sense.
So, if you experience problems with the special characters, check the settings of your PC, or install Opera, or just use English (probably everybody speaks English).
As for the verification of the new members, we're happy to announce that the email verification was a good ideea, until now we've blocked 40 fake emails, probably spammers. By the way, have you noticed that the young girls from Senegal usually have a '4love' in their username? Makes you wonder, huh!?
In the end, good luck! finding your mate and stay away from spammers. Remember to post on the forum everything suspicious.
