I cannot see my pictures, only their numbers! My profile hasn't been restricted or banned.Your pictures probably have not been verified yet or they have been rejected. If your profile hasn't been restricted is probably because you probably uploaded a picture of yourself but an incomplete or unclear one. Please check that your picture has the right size (at least 400px wide), it is clear, it is easy to understand who you are (if is a group picture) and, very important, it shows your face. Also, modified pictures (Photoshop, Fireworks) are usually rejected, especially if they have logos inserted or any other designs that covers the original picture.

How do I change my email address or password?
You can change your email address on the "edit your profile" page. Here you can change some other information including search preferences, address and other preferences about your daily routines, habits, hobbies etc.
After you've made your changes, click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save.

This application is a faster way of communicating to other members of the site who?are online. Its lists all the members who are online. When you send message, recipient?will receive message and would reply. If?unfortunately?recipient doesn't receive message for some reason, then that message will be send to his onsite message Inbox.

When someone emails me, where does the email go and how do I respond?
When a member sends you a note, it goes straight into your onsite message Inbox. We then send an email to your personal email address to let you know that it's there.
To read the note, simply login to the site and go to your Inbox. If you decide to write back, simply click "reply", write your own note and send away. Your note will go straight into the member's onsite Inbox, and we'll let them know it's there with an email to their personal email address.
All communications with other members stay onsite so that you never have to give out any personal information until you feel completely ready. Then when you are, you can exchange phone numbers and even meet in person.
How do I edit my profile? How do I hide my profile?
To update your profile, click "Edit Profile" in Members Panel menu. Be sure to save your changes at the bottom of the screen when you're done.
Try to put your best foot forward with at least one photo and snappy, detailed essays about your interests. The photo is key since most people feel more comfortable writing to members they can see. Try to stay positive in your essays and let the real you shine.
To hide your profile, select "No" for the option "Other members can see when I'm online?" on the?"Edit Profile" page ?. Keep in mind, however, that members who are most active on the site keep their profile visible in all places because it ups their chances of connecting with people. And you never know, someone special may be looking for you and never get to find you if your profile is hidden.
When I suspend my membership, does it end my subscription? Can I put my subscription on hold?
No. Once you purchase a subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your initial term.
What if I have an interesting article or a love story? Can you publish any of this on your site?
Yes, we would. If you thing is a good article or story, write it in your blog and then send us a feedback with your blog address link. We will copy it from there to the articles or story page so anyone can enjoy reading it.
How long can I use your services for free?
For the first month you can access all our services for free. After that, you will always be able to search for members, send winks, write comments on members profiles, vote for pictures, write on forum and enter the chat free of charge. There might be also other services we forgot to write here or we'll implement later, also free of any charge.
I try to contact other members but nobody seems to answer me. Are you using fake profile members, like other services?
Absolutelly not. There are several reasons why nobody contacted you yet: you didn't entirelly complete your profile, you didn't uploaded your picture or video file, you were rude when writing to the other members or maybe there is nobody interested in you, yet. Sometimes writing in your journal helps - the other members get the chance to know you better if you let them free access to your blog. Also, you can post articles on the forum.
I can't upload my pictures or videos or my picture or video dissapeared. Why is that?
Please make sure you have the right to upload more pictures or videos with your curent membership. Eventually delete your old media files and replace them with new ones.
Also, make sure your files are in the right format; for pictures you can upload jpeg, jpg, gif, bmp and tiff and for videos flv or swf. Please ensure that your video files are converted to flv. We do not accept mpg, mpeg avi, mov etc. You can use this free Video Converter.
Always remember that we do check every media files to ensure that is a human picture or video and not pictures or videos of animals, messenger avatars, celebrities, babies etc.
May I upload nude pictures or porn videos to my profile?
Yes, you may upload anything representing you, as a single member or couple. It is not a request, but we do advice you create a private album containing any xxx rated media files of yours and to give the password to your possible dates only.
What is the blog for?
The blog is your personal online journal. You can write everything here, make it private or allow others to read it or post comments about your writings. We suggest the last option because it?lets the other people to know you better before deciding to contact you.
There are other options I can pay to upgrade my membership?

How do I create a couple or a group profile?
First, you must create the individual members (example: a male and a female).
After this you must register the couple/group profile, in which you'll have to enter the usernames created before (the female and the male's name. separated by comma).
So basically, if you and your partner/friends want to create a couple/group profile you must already be registered as single unique members.
What's the difference between 'couple' and 'group' profiles?
A couple is made by two persons while a group is made by 3 or more individuals.
Why the 'group profile'?
Because some of our members are not looking for marriage but only for sex, some of them might want to experience group sex etc.
When searching, what's the difference between the 'man or woman' and 'any gender?
Choose 'man or woman' if you're searching for a male or a female (individuals) or 'any gender' if you're searching for anyone registered on our site, male, female, individual or couple.

But, if you want, you can upload your videos to youtube.com or video.google.com and then insert the movie into your blog. Your blog will be visible only to the members you want it to be. So, in this way, you can have as many videos as you like.
The annoying upgrade message
If you'll receive the annyoing upgrade message telling you that you can't access the chat, forum (etc.) if you don't upgrade, is probably because your promo membership expired. Don't worry, you don't have to pay to upgrade your membership.
Just go to the upgrade page and choose the first option (Free Membership); this will grant you the access to our services for free. There may be some limitations but basically you'll be able to do all the things you're doing before (PMs, chat, forum etc.)
